Return & Refund Policy

At OmaCare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we offer the following return and refund policy.

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and in original packaging
  • Unused and undamaged
  • Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used pimple patch products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items beyond the 30-day return window
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email support@omadoto.shop with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our customer service team to respond with return address
  3. Securely package the product and ship to the provided address
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error or product defect)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless product defect)

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we'll replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide photos of the product.

Product Quality Issues

If you receive a product with quality issues:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt
  • Provide photos and description of the issue
  • We'll cover return shipping and provide full refund or free replacement

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after processing, please:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time for the refund to post
  3. Contact your bank—processing often takes time
  4. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@omadoto.shop

International Orders

Return policy for international orders is the same as domestic, but please note:

  • Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility
  • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
  • Refund amount excludes original shipping costs
