The best wayto access your tracking number and track your order is to log into your account. There, you can view your orders and order number. Your orde number will also be in your order confirmation eriail.If you don't have an account, you can enter your email and tracking number on this page to get the latest update on your shipment.If youve received a confirmation that your order is on it's way but no tracking number,theres nothing to worry about -it usually takes 1-2 days for tracking information to be assigned and posted to your account.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Hydrocolloid patches are medical-grade adhesive bandages that absorb pus and oil from pimples while protecting them from bacteria. They create a moist environment that promotes faster healing.

1.Cleanse and dry your face completely

2.Remove a patch from the sheet.

3.Apply directly to the center of the blemish.

4.Press gently around edges to secure

5.Leave on for 6-8 hours or overnight

6.Remove and replace when patch turns white

Yes! Our invisible patches are designed to be worn under makeup. Apply the patch first, wait 1-2 minutes for it to adhere, then gently pat foundation or concealer over it with a sponge or beauty blender.

Yes! Our patches use medical-grade hydrocolloid that's generally safe for all skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we recommend doing a patch test first if you have very sensitive skin.

Most customers see noticeable improvement after 6-8 hours. Stubborn blemishes may require 2-3 consecutive applications.

Yes! Patches work best on pimples that have come to a head. For deep, cystic acne, try our Microdart or Overnight Maximum Strength patches.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Yes, the following items are non-returnable: final sale items, gift cards, opened skincare or beauty products, and any purchases made from third-party retailers like Amazon,etc.

Customers are responsible for the costs of return shipping.

To initiate a return, please create an account on our website and submit a return request within 30 days of delivery. You will need to provide a brief reason for the return.

Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
